This isn't a problem just follow our three simple steps. (Please note that due to hygiene reasons opened headphones cannot be returned).

We’ll authorise your return and email you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) and return address details.
Using a trackable service, please return to address provided. You must retain the proof of return.

If you are unable to return via a trackable service or your request is relating to your device developing a fault, our Customer Service Team will advise you on next steps.
Please note as configured Mac products are built to order, these are non-returnable and non-cancellable unless they develop a fault within the warranty period.
