All the products on theEDUstore are 100% genuine, original, brand new and built to the highest standards. Even so there may still be occasions when you feel it's necessary to return a product to us. This isn't a problem just follow our three simple steps. (Please note that due to hygiene reasons opened headphones cannot be returned).
Contact our customer service team on email@example.com.
We’ll authorise your Returns Number and e-mail the return label for you to attach to the parcel.
We’ll then arrange a convenient time for the free of charge collection.
Our customer service team will be happy to start the process by providing you with your Returns Number and Returns Label. Please remember to have your order number ready to help speed up the process.
For help with items developing a problem later than 30 days after purchase, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get back to you as soon as possible to help resolve your issue.
Please note that as they are built to order, orders for configured Mac products are non-returnable and non-cancellable unless there is a fault with the device.
